Frequently Asked Questions

  • Choose the coaching package that fits your need in Classes or book a Private Coaching Session to determine your own path.

  • Fill out your details and choose an available time slot.

  • Receive your booking confirmation with options to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

  • Receive reminders to prepare for your session.

You are invited to connect via Microsoft Teams, Zoom or Google Meet. Simply click Join Meeting on your smartphone or PC.

Alternatively, regular coaching sessions can be carried out over the phone – ideal for those who are fitting a coaching session into a lunch break, or perhaps want to sit in the park and be surrounded by nature whilst they talk, or just prefer to be coached via phone.

During your initial coaching session, you will be asked a series of questions to best understand your issues. You will be advised on the best methods to implement and solve your problems.

There will be collective brainstorming until you feel motivated to apply what you have learned. Unlimited email support is offered if you need additional help (upon request).

The most important thing is to have a focus area and set goals to work toward with your coach.

No problem, you can cancel your coaching session up to 24-hours ahead of your appointment date with no penalty.

Please give our session high priority and arrange your schedule to honour our agreed upon time. If you must reschedule, I ask you to give me 24-hour notice or as soon as you are able to.

You will be issued a 40% refund for booking no-shows, and for the free discovery call you may not be offered another one. Please understand that time and preparation is set aside for your coaching session, plus another client could have booked your time slot. Emergencies are an exception.
